Green Tara Yoga is a modified practice of yoga postures that have you interacting with nature. It could be simply doing your favourite practice on the bare earth or starting to melt with nature as you see her supports for your stretches, like doing “downward dog” onto a large rock or even doing yoga in the ocean!
